We do not offer a refund or return policy. Customers waive any right to a refund or return upon fulfillment of their order.
Most of our items are handmade and will inherently have slight variations from item to item, such as differences in texture, finish, makers' marks, et cetera. These variations are either intentional or unavoidable and do not constitute a defect in the product.
All orders are packaged with care and shipped with tracking or delivery confirmation. Always inspect the package and the items inside as soon as you receive it. If you believe your item(s) are damaged or you did not receive what you ordered, please contact us as soon as possible at adeptuskollectibles@gmail.com with the order number on your receipt and we will do our best to help resolve the issue.
